Standard materials include Stainless Steel 304, 304L, 316, 316L, Brass, Carbon Steel, Alloy Steel, Copper Alloys, Duplex Steel, Super Duplex Steel, and Nickel Alloys such as Monel, Inconel, and Hastelloy. Each material is carefully selected to ensure excellent corrosion resistance, mechanical strength, and thermal stability in aggressive environments.

Our Tube Unions are available with pressure ratings up to 6000 PSI (410 bar) for stainless steel variants and 3000 PSI (206 bar) for brass and carbon steel variants. They are designed to perform reliably under both vacuum and high-pressure conditions. The temperature resistance of these fittings ranges up to 400°C (752°F) for stainless steel versions and up to 200°C (392°F) for brass.

The surface finish is another critical factor in our manufacturing process. We provide smooth, burr-free surfaces to ensure easy installation, excellent sealing, and long-term durability. Available finishes include natural stainless-steel silver, bright polished, electropolished, passivated, or nickel/zinc-coated finishes for carbon steel and brass options.
